DELIVERY TIMES, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOSS

  1. Delivery of the product

THE COMPANY promises to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address that the Customer provides in the order form, and which in all cases must be understood as being within Canada. With the aim of optimizing the delivery, we are grateful to the Customer that shows an address in which the order can be delivered within normal working hours.

THE COMPANY will not be liable for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not coincide with reality or has been omitted.

THE COMPANY informs the Customer that it is possible that the same order is divided into several deliveries.

 

  1. Delivery times

The deliveries will be made through a massage company, Canada Post. The order made by you will be delivered within a maximum of 10 working days from the time we have confirmed the order. Although the usual delivery time of THE COMPANY often ranges between 24 and 48 hours, from the finalization of the order.

These delivery times are averages, and therefore an estimation. For this reason, they may vary for logistic reasons or for circumstances beyond our control. In cases of delays in delivery, THE COMPANY will inform its customers as soon as it is aware of them.

Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the transport company places the product at the disposition of the Customer, which is materialized through a control system used by the transport company.

In the case of delivery delays of the orders attributable to THE COMPANY, the Customer may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in the “11. Return” section. It will not be considered a delay in delivery when the order has been made available to the Customer by the transport company within the agreed time period and has not been able to be delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer.

Delivery for standard shipping will is a 5$ flat rate.

Once the order leaves our warehouses, an email will be sent notifying you that your order has been processed and is being sent.

For reasons of security, THE COMPANY will not send any orders to PO Box numbers, and nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the addressee of the order and their address.

 

III. Details of Delivery, Deliveries not made and Loss

If at the time of delivery the Customer is absent, the transport company will leave a note indicating how to proceed in order to arrange a new delivery time. THE COMPANY contracts, as part of the delivery service of the messenger company, the undertaking of a series of follow-up actions, designed to guarantee the delivery takes place.

If after 7 working days from the sending of the order the delivery has not been made, the Customer should get in contact with THE COMPANY. In the case that the Customer does not do this, after 10 working days from the sending of the order it will be returned to our warehouses and the Customer must assume the delivery and return to origin costs of the goods, as well as the possible associated operational costs.

If the reason for which the delivery has not been able to be made is the loss of the package, our transport company will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the periods of reply of our transport companies ranges between one and three weeks.

  1. Diligence in the delivery

The customer must check the good condition of the package before the transport company who, on behalf of THE COMPANY, makes the delivery of the product requested, indicating on the delivery receipt any anomaly that may be detected on the package. If, later, once the product is checked, the Customer detects any incident such as a knock, breakage, signs of having been opened or any imperfection caused to it by the delivery, they promise to inform THE COMPANY of this by email in the shortest time possible, before the 24 hours following the delivery. From this time on incidents of this type will not be attended to (only items under warranty).
