Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac potentially saving money using MY DRAP

In September of 2018, Mr. François Bouffard, Director of F&B at the Chateau Frontenac, was approached by MY DRAP CEO Shalom Gniwisch, to run a pilot program to determine the reduction in cost and labor by switching to the MY DRAP pre-folded 100% cotton, single-use, custom-branded dinner napkin.

The issue Mr. Bouffard faced was that the Chateau Frontenac was spending countless hours folding and preparing napkins for the many events that they host. Mr. Bouffard was determined to reduce his labor costs, while at the same time, increasing the quality of the experience.

With MY DRAP’s Compostable, Pre-Folded, 100% cotton, custom branded, and single-use napkins, he was able to give his customers a more luxurious experience and reduce his labor costs, while not having to deal with the hassle of laundry. The question was, by how much, and would customers appreciate the new napkins and experience?

Since the beginning of the year, Mr. Bouffard and the Chateau Frontenac have been using the MY DRAP napkins in their banquet department and the results have been stellar. The staff are happy to not have to fold thousands of napkins before service, guests are pleased with the quality and excellence of the product, and on-average, Mr. Bouffard has been able to save fifteen minutes of prep work per server before every event.
