Cancellations/Refunds

  1. Procedure of return

All the products purchased from THE COMPANY can be returned and refunded, on the condition that the Customer notifies THE COMPANY of their intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of 14 working days as from the date of delivery and which comply with the other conditions established in this section.

THE COMPANY will only accept returns that comply with the following requisites:

  1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must conserve the original packaging and labelling.
  2. The delivery must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product. In the case that the box with which it was delivered cannot be used, the Customer must return it in a protective box so that the product reaches the warehouse of THE COMPANY with the maximum guarantees possible.
  3. It must include a copy of the delivery receipt inside the package, where the products returned are also marked and the reason for the return.

With the aim of making the return process easier for the Customers and to be able to monitor it correctly, THE COMPANY establishes as the only procedure of return that established by THE COMPANY. If the reason for return is attributable to THE COMPANY (the product is defective, it is not what had been ordered, etc.), the amount of the return will be refunded. If the reason is another (the products were delivered correctly but not to the customer’s satisfaction), the return costs will be assumed by the customer.

To proceed with a return, you should take the following steps:

  1. Inform before 7 days from its reception that you wish to return the product. The information can be sent via email to support@thedrap.com or by the Customer Attention form.
  2. THE COMPANY will inform the customer of the address to which the product must be sent.
  3. The customer must send it by means of a messenger company of their choice. The return must be paid for by the customer.
  4. Notification of the messenger company used date and time of the return.

 

  1. Refunds to THE CUSTOMER

The return of the products will lead to a refund equal to the cost of the products returned less the cost of the return service.

Only in the case that the product delivered is defective or incorrect, will THE COMPANY also refund the Customer the corresponding delivery costs.

The returns and partial cancellations will lead to partial refunds.

THE COMPANY will process the return order under the same system used for the payment in a period of 3 days from the confirmation of the arrival in the warehouse of the order returned. The application of the return in the account or card of the Customer will depend on the card and bank. The period of application will be up to 7 days for the debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.

 

GUARANTEE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED

THE COMPANY acts in the status of manufacturer and distributor guaranteeing that the products which are presented for sale in ca.mydrap.com function correctly and do not have defects, or hidden blemishes that may make them dangerous or inadequate for their normal use.
